UPS Shipping

Find a drop off location near you.

Go to ups.com/dropoff to find a drop-off location near you. Take the sealed box with your pre-printed return label to any location for safe delivery back to EPC.

Call for a scheduled pickup.

Before proceeding, you will need the EPC account number “8W0R00” and the associated zip code “63301”.

Call the UPS Schedule Pickup Line at 1.800.742.5877. Provide the necessary information and choose a time and date that works best for your schedule.

The UPS customer representative will schedule the pickup for you.

*Please note, there is a higher charge to your companies UPS account for picking up at a residential area. To avoid this fee, please take this box to your local UPS shipping location. See Option 1.

Go to ups.com and on the main screen, select Shipping and click Schedule a Pickup.

Once on the Schedule a Pickup page:

Question 1: Shipping Label Questions

* A NOTE in RED will pop up once you enter in your tracking number.  Please disregard the message, your company has approved for all charges to be charged on their UPS account.

Click “Yes” for a pre-printed label and type in the tracking number in the field provided.

Question 2: Pickup Information and Location
Enter the preferred location for pickup, whether that’s the employee’s residential address or a corporate location.

If the location is residential, check the Residential Address box. *

Question 3: Service and Package Information
Select the number of packages in your pickup and check the box Under UPS Domestic Services -UPS Ground.  Check the box “no” as the package should not weigh more than 70 pounds.

Question 4: Pickup Date and Time
Fill in the preferred pickup date and time that works with your schedule, and any additional information that you want to add for the driver.

Question 5: Pickup Notifications
This is an optional step that allows you to receive notifications on your scheduled pickup via text message or email. Click “Next 

Question 6: Select Payment Method
Check/Select First Box:  Bill to your UPS Account number (this will be the EPC provided UPS Acct# and Zip Code below.

  • UPS ACCT# 8W0R00 (These are zero’s and not the letter “O”)
  • Zip Code 63301.

Click on “Next” This will take you to a new screen to Verify the Pickup Request Details and the Total Charges (Approved by Your company).

Final Step – Click “Next” and the new screen will provide you with a Confirmation Pickup Request Number.

If you need to modify the pickup, you can go back in and correct it any time with the Confirmation Pickup Request Number or by calling UPS and giving them the Confirmation Request Number.
